Heya people!!
I know its too late to tell, but i got to drop it here. You know what people, I got my phone done back. They told me it will take about a week to diagnose the problem and tell me the cost of repairing it but they didn't. They repaired one shot and gave my phone in a week. Awwww, I started to in love with their services and the charges was just cost me RM30. Gosh, I was so happy like anything, I got my phone back!! I got my phone back!! wohoooo...
The problem with my phone was its software and that's why I lost my games and hangs all over sudden the other day. Software are just a minor problem, it happens because of these mistakes written below.
Mistake 1 - Blue tooting any files from your friend which consist virus in it.
Prevention: Make sure you ask them and I know its not easy to pull the answers from their mouth. So just start asking whether their phone functions properly and met any serious problem. This questions because today most of the phone meeting all kind of problem due to virus and so on. Ask question anything relating to functions or software of the phone not the housing or else because its nothing relating the files that you gonna blue tooth. Come on, it just take few seconds to ask them. You can save your phone.
Mistake 2 - Forgot to switch OFF your blue tooth device could led any outside virus to be sent easily to your phone, which won't ask the ACCEPT "Yes or No" thingy. So you won't know. Stupid Virus!!
Prevention: Always have the habit of switching OFF you blue tooth device once you use it. So just off it lah.. that easy it is!! Lol..
I was on the 2nd mistake unintentionally. I at times forgot to switch OFF my blue tooth device as once I take files from friends but I always make sure the files i'm taking is not corrupted by virus.
Anyhow, I got my phone done but the sad part here was I lost my contacts which was few on my phone memory and not updated. I felt so like grrrr...
