Its been ages I've blogged so I decided to put up a new post to update all about my life,healthy routine diet & etc
So yeah, after pageant I've been busy with work and shoots but I make sure I take care of my body because I had a amazing body figure during my pageant but everything changed when I was shifted to another branch which is 15minutes away from my house.
I was feeling so comfortable working in Klang because its just 15 min driving, Isn't that awesome. I came to klang during the week of Valentine's Day and I'm officially going back to KL branch this week Thursday on 16th May 2013 (Not sure yet).
Since the day I started working in Klang, my only exercise was taking the stairs 2 floors upstairs,putting 10 steps around the office. Guess what, in just 3 months i've put on a lil bit of weight and I'm extreamly sad. This will never happen in KL because its a HQ and I walk alot. Nevertheless, I walk to the train station takes 30 min of walking perday, I take the stairs 2 floors instead of escalator, my office is a hq so i frequently move around and my job is multitasking compare to working in Klang branch which I were assigned to one particular assignment.
Yes, its kind of killing for me to lose again but during my pageant I didn't even work out, I just normally do yoga and look after my meals. Thats all. I'm not actually doing proper workout because i'm working in KL and most of the time I reach home late, whats more get a hot shower & my body will just sink into my bed.
Now, I'm bringing everything to one end. For past 1 week, I've been following a chart of a healthy life style. Probably, my next post will be on how to make your own blog chart. Its easy and motivating because it covers most of my favourite things.
